Now that too has degraded.DislikesAhh long list. I hope this helps future joiners. 1. Mismanagement at its peak - no proper hierarchy, no work distribution, no management, no leadership, no industry grade projects. 2. Favouritism to the infinity- There are only 3 people, who're getting continuously benefitted from this company. No matter how hard you work, Mr. Prabhas and Mr.Sneh will never recognise that. Mr. Ankit or few of his petty followers will get all the credits. 3. Excessive Micromanagement at places, where it shouldn't be. Two HRs treat Employees like servent at their house / some kindergarten kids. 4. No learning possibility, no growth - They would ask you to hop between multiple tools and techs, but can't provide projects. 5. Extreamly poor Vision: Rather no vision at all. Sometimes they'll try to be product company, next day they'll try to be service company. Hell confusing management. 6. No proper structure - For client projects, you'll never get proper problem description, no docs sharing, nothing. They'll convey everything half-baked, that too verbally. 7. Blame Game - If client report is bad, it's your fault. If it's good, it's their credit. Nobody owns up for failures and mistakes. 8. Useless HR - There are two HRs currently there, but they're neither professional, not aware of anything. They're just present there for behaving like class monitors. 9. Hire & Fire: If some project requires some specific skills, they'll start hiring, give you everything you ask. And then suddenly fire you when project ends. No intimation, no clue, just one day ask you not to come anymore. 10. Ridiculous Interview: In interviews instead of examining skills and capabilities, they play with riddles, your personal whereabouts, your family background. Hell of an interview experience you'll get. 11. No Increment, no variable pays(instead of presenting in annexure), no bonus (same as variable pay). If you push hard, they'll silently fire you. Infact, health insurances are total lies. 12. No valuable projects, hence no career growth. They'll force you serve 3months notice period if you want to leave, but they'll fire you at any given moment. Every policy is employer sided. 13. Office politics: Extreme office politics you'll face there. Only 3-4 people who're there for long are always correct, and if you can please them, only then you can survive. Else go home. 14. Misfit Leadership: People with no proper education, no proper skills are sitting in higher position there, just because they are working for long time. If you think maybe their experience is better than you, test it once, you'll get to know. 15.
