Employee Engagement & Retention Conduct employee engagement activities and support a positive work culture. Focus on employee retention and employee satisfaction. 5. HR MIS & Payroll Coordination Maintain HR reports related to hiring, attendance and attrition. Coordinate payroll and salary-related inputs with Management & Accounts Team. Candidate Requirements 3–5+ years of relevant HR experience. Strong experience in Talent Acquisition. Strong employee-handling and management coordination skills. MBA in HR preferred.
