Hyderabad City Head – Taxi Pickup Zone | Hyderabad AirportKey ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee airport taxi pickup operations and ensure smooth passenger movement. Supervise taxi drivers, fleet partners, ground staff, and pickup-zone coordinators. Ensure sufficient taxi availability during peak arrival and departure hours. Coordinate with airport authorities, security teams, parking operators, and other stakeholders. Monitor driver attendance, vehicle availability, queue management, and passenger wait times. Ensure drivers follow designated airport pickup zones, traffic rules, and operational SOPs. Handle passenger complaints, driver issues, cancellations, and service escalations. Track daily bookings, completed trips, cancellations, revenue, and driver utilization. Identify operational gaps and take corrective action to improve service levels. Recruit, onboard, and train drivers and ground staff when required. Ensure all vehicles and drivers meet applicable documentation, safety, and compliance requirements. Maintain strong relationships with local taxi partners and expand the available fleet when demand increases. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and share performance updates with management. Monitor competitor activity and local market conditions and recommend operational improvements. Manage emergencies and service disruptions at the airport pickup point and coordinate timely resolution.
