Job description

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production application issues to ensure high system availability. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents. Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to support application releases. Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve issues. Maintain incident documentation and ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes.
