Process Excellence Manager

Develop and optimize chemical processes for scale-up and manufacturing. Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, material and energy balances, and basic engineering packages. Conduct process simulation, modeling, cost evaluation, and project planning. Support technology transfer from R&D to pilot and production stages. Manage equipment design, procurement, validation, and vendor coordination. Ensure process safety through HAZOP, PSSR, MOC, and HIRA studies.
