Assist in end-to-end recruitment for creative, strategy, client servicing, and support functions Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and manage candidate communication Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a seamless hiring process
