The successful candidate will work closely with Lead Software Engineers, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams within a Scaled Agile environment.The ideal candidate is a self-starter, delivery-focused, technically strong, and passionate about building modern software solutions using emerging technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and translate solution requirements into effective technical implementations.Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable software applications and services.Develop AI/ML-backed services and user-facing features using appropriate technologies and architectural patterns.Translate business problems into suitable solution approaches, including: LLM-based solutions, Rules + ML hybrid solutions, Traditional software engineering patterns. Develop and maintain APIs and microservices supporting AI capabilities with appropriate reliability, scalability, security, and observability.Build LLM-powered capabilities such as: Summarization, Classification, Information extraction, Semantic search, Q&A, Copilots and virtual assistants, Workflow automation.
