Building, managing and developing your own team. Activating and retaining team members. Supporting team members in achieving business targets. Driving business through your recruited and active team. Identifying potential candidates and expanding the team. Developing high-performing team members for higher leadership roles. Providing regular guidance, motivation and performance support to the team. Working towards team growth, productivity and business development.
