The Civil Site Incharge will oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget in Chennai, Tamil Nadu , India. This role requires both technical knowledge and effective team management skills to ensure high-quality work.Key Responsibilities:QUANTITY SURVEYING AND COST ESTIMATION SKILLS MANDATORY1. Project Supervision: Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards. This includes coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to meet project deadlines.2. Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers, laborers, and subcontractors. Provide guidance and support, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.3.
