The Sr. Officer / Officer Risk Assurance will identify improvement areas, provide recommendations, and follow up on corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Scope:The Sr.Officer Risk Assurance - Operations will conduct audits across Chilling centers, EKO HMB, farm vendors, ABC, AH, transshipment points, HDC, HD Fresh, institutional distributors, CFAs, HDI Plus, ICP, IBACO, AEC, SSC (Modern Trade), vendors, transporters, landlords, marketing (in-shop, school, door-to-door, curd, ice cream), and IBACO stock audits, using the HAP Risk Assurance application for implementation of policy and procedure as per Standard operating process. Responsibilities:1) Chilling Centre Audits:Conduct audits of chilling centers to assess compliance with operational standards.Evaluate milk can operations, quality control measures, and hygiene practices.2) EKO HMB Audits:Audit EKO HMB operations to ensure compliance with sales, hygiene, and product handling protocols.Visit to ensure milk collection through EKO milk analyzer and verify all producer milk collected based on proper sample testing.Check for any fake or dummy producer entries made.3) Farm Vendor Assessments:Assess farm vendors' compliance with procurement contracts and quality standards.Review procurement processes, product traceability, and supplier performance metrics.Identify risks in the supply chain and propose risk mitigation strategies.4) ABC and AH Audits:Conduct audits of ABC and ensure the collection process are as per the SOPAH activities & Product including feed distribution related audit.5) Transshipment Point Audits:Audit transshipment points to verify inventory accuracy and transit handling procedures.Assess compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.Identify vulnerabilities in the logistics chain and propose corrective actions. 6) HDC and HD Fresh Audits:Conduct audits of distribution centers (HDC) and fresh outlets (HD Fresh).Review storage conditions, inventory management practices, and order fulfillment processes.Recommend enhancements to optimize distribution efficiency and minimize product losses.7) Institutional Distributors and CFA Audits:Audit institutional distributors and CFAs to ensure compliance with distribution agreements and service level agreements.Evaluate distribution network performance, inventory turnover rates, and customer service levels.Recommend strategies for improving distributor relations and optimizing supply chain logistics.8) HDI Plus, ICP, IBACO Audits:Audit HDI Plus, ICP (Ice Cream Parlor), and IBACO outlets.Assess compliance with food safety regulations, product quality standards, and customer service protocols.Provide recommendations for enhancing product visibility, sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency. 9) AEC and SSO (Modern Trade) Audits:Audit AEC operations and SSO (Modern Trade) outlets to evaluate operational efficiency and compliance with energy efficiency standards.Assess sustainability initiatives and recommend renewable energy solutions.Identify opportunities for improving operational practices and reducing environmental impact.10) Vendor and Transporter Audits:Conduct audits of vendors and transporters to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and transportation regulations.Review vendor performance metrics, delivery schedules, and quality assurance measures.Identify risks associated with supplier reliability and transportation logistics.11) Landlord Audits:Audit landlords of rental properties, including shops and facilities.Evaluate lease agreements, property maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.Recommend improvements in property management practices and tenant relations.12) Marketing Activities Audits:Audit marketing activities including in-shop promotions, school programs, door-to-door campaigns, curd marketing, and ice cream promotions.Evaluate compliance with marketing plans, effectiveness of promotional strategies, and customer engagement.Recommend enhancements to increase brand visibility and market penetration.13) IBACO Stock Audit Procedure:Develop and implement stock audit procedures for IBACO outlets.Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and prevent stockouts.Recommend inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.14) Special Investigations as per Management Instruction:Conduct special investigations based on management instructions related to operational activities.Investigate specific incidents, irregularities, or concerns raised by management. 15) Data Insights Analysis and CoverageUtilize data insights to prioritize audit focusImplement tailored audit plans based on identified risksEnsure thorough coverage of all specified touch pointsReport findings and recommendations based on data-driven insightsRole: Internal Auditor,Industry Type: FMCG,Department: Finance & Accounting,Employment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Audit & ControlEducationUG: B.Com in Auditing, Any Graduateread moreKey SkillsSkills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskillsStatutory AuditInternal AuditInventory AuditWarehouse AuditStock AuditComplianceStatutory ComplianceAbout the companyHatsun Agro Product 3.8 1.4K employee reviewsPublicAgriculture / Forestry / FishingFood ProcessingConglomerateFortune India [hidden])Follow25.3k followers OverviewHatsun Agro Product Limited has been committed to enriching the lives of customers by providing a range of high-quality dairy products.
