Enterprise Program Leadership & GovernanceLead large-scale HIS/EMR implementation across hospitals and IVF clinics through a phased rollout strategy (pilot scale stabilization) Establish robust governance frameworks: Program charters, milestones, and delivery roadmaps. Weekly cadence reviews and executive dashboards. Risk registers, escalation matrices, and mitigation plans Align cross-entity stakeholders (Hospitals + IVF clinics + Corporate) for standardized execution 2. Clinical & Operational Workflow IntegrationTranslate workflows across hospital and IVF settings into system design: Hospitals: OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, pharmacy, diagnostics, discharge, billing. IVF Clinics: consultation, stimulation cycles, embryology lab, cryopreservation, cycle tracking Standardize processes while enabling controlled flexibility across units.Ensure alignment with NABH standards, patient safety protocols, and service excellence frameworks (AIDET, PSAT) 3. Data Architecture & Structures (Enterprise Layer)Drive a unified and scalable data architecture framework across hospitals and clinics:A. Core Data StructuresPatient Master Data: Unique Patient ID (cross-entity), demographics, longitudinal health records Encounter & Episode Models : OPD/IPD/Day-care/Procedure/IVF cycles (multi-episode linkage) Clinical Data Structures: Diagnoses, treatment plans, medication records, clinical notes. IVF-specific: stimulation protocols, embryo grading, lab observations Operational Data: Bed management, OT scheduling, resource utilization Financial Data: Billing, packages, insurance, revenue streams, cost centers B. Data Engineering & IntegrationDesign and govern: Data schemas, data dictionaries, and metadata frameworks .Master Data Management (MDM). Enable seamless interoperability via: APIs & middleware integrations (Lab systems, PACS, CRM, Finance, Pharmacy, external partners) Ensure structured data pipelines into: Data Lake / Data Warehouse environments. Analytics tools (Power BI dashboards, operational dashboards) C. Data Governance & ComplianceEnsure data integrity, security, and privacy compliance (NABH, NDHM/ABDM alignment where applicable) Implement audit trails, access controls, and data validation mechanisms Drive data standardization across units for enterprise-level reporting 4. Technology Implementation & Release ManagementDrive end-to-end implementation: System configuration, customization, and deployment aligned to BRDs Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensuring clinical usability and workflow alignment Govern release management lifecycle: Version control, phased releases, rollback strategies Ensure readiness of integrations: Lab systems, radiology (PACS), pharmacy, billing, CRM, digital platforms 5. Vendor & Partner ManagementManage HIS/EMR vendors, system integrators and digital partnersDefine and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and delivery timelines Ensure alignment of vendor solutions with enterprise architecture and business goals 6. Change Management & AdoptionLead enterprise-wide adoption across: Clinicians, nurses, operations, and support teams Drive: Training programs and user onboarding. Change management frameworks for transition from legacy systems Monitor adoption through usage metrics, compliance tracking, and feedback loops (Amber / surveys) 7. Analytics & Business EnablementEnable real-time dashboards and insights: Clinical outcomes, patient journey metrics . Work on Operational KPIs (TATs, occupancy, OT utilization) and Financial metrics (revenue capture, cost efficiency) Partner with leadership to build a data-driven decision-making.8.
