Program Lead

Teacher Engagement & User Understanding Build strong relationships with teachers and school stakeholders to understand their day-to-day challenges. Develop a deep understanding of teacher needs related to classroom instruction, student engagement, assessment, teaching-learning materials (TLMs), and administrative tasks. Think from a teacher's perspective and continuously advocate for solutions that reduce workload and improve efficiency.
