Junior Social Media Marketing Manager - Fresher

About the job:DiAi Designs is one of India's earliest lab-grown diamond jewellery brands, established in 2018. They design fine jewellery in 14kt and 18kt solid gold with IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds, with a modern aesthetic created for the women of today. From everyday studs and tennis bracelets to bridal mangalsutras and personalised gifts, their collections are built around meaningful, wearable pieces. Social media is central to how customers discover and connect with the brand.

You will run the day-to-day content for the brand's social channels. This is a hands-on creator role: you will shoot, edit, post, and engage, and you will sometimes appear on camera.

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, shoot and produce reels, photos and short-form content

2. Edit images and videos to the brand's look and tone

3. Organize and maintain a library of content assets, including raw footage, edits, and product shots

4. Post daily and keep to the content calendar

5. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages and building the community

6. Note which content performs well and share simple insights

7. Coordinate with the team on product launches, collections, and promotions
