We're pre-launch and building our content engine from zero.If you're always on your phone shooting, if a story breaks and you already have the video in your head, if you can shoot it, cut it, and post it before anyone else has finished talking about it, this is built for you.You don't need years of experience. You need speed and instinct. We'll teach you the rest: how we tell a story in under 120 seconds, how The Take and The Flip work, how to make a video people actually finish.What you'll be doing:Shooting content on your phone, fast, the moment a story breaksTurning a news idea into a finished vertical video the same dayEditing your own edits, start to finishPosting across Instagram, YouTube, and XWorking shoulder to shoulder with editorial to catch stories earlyWho fits:You shoot and edit on your phone daily and it showsYou react fast, a breaking story excites you, not stresses youYou know what makes the first 3 seconds worth staying forYou live on short-form and get news and the Gen Z audienceThe honest part: pre-launch means long hours, late nights, and plans that change daily.
