Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Consultant

LIMS + Labware/LabVantage Consultant Experience in LabWare LIMS / LabVantage LIMS / STARLIMS. Knowledge of laboratory workflows and sample management processes. Understanding of instrument integration and data management. Experience in SQL, database concepts, and report generation. Knowledge of SDLC, testing, and validation processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Exposure to Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemicals, or Healthcare domains. Understanding of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, GLP compliance requirements. Experience with LIMS implementation, migration, or upgrade projects. Knowledge of cloud-based laboratory solutions. Configure, customize, and support LIMS applications (LabWare, LabVantage, STARLIMS). Gather and analyze business requirements from laboratory stakeholders. Develop workflows, sample lifecycle management, test management, and reporting solutions. Perform system validation, testing, and documentation activities. Integrate LIMS with ERP, MES, ELN, CDS, and other enterprise systems. Support data migration, master data management, and system upgrades. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Participate in user training and knowledge transfer activities. Ensure compliance with laboratory and regulatory standards.
