About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle incoming health and nutrition-related conversations through Instagram, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

2. Understand the lead's concerns, lifestyle, goals and basic health background through conversation.

3. Respond clearly, professionally and empathetically without sounding scripted or overly sales-oriented.

4. Explain nutrition, lifestyle and health concepts in simple language.

5. Answer common questions related to weight, diabetes, PCOS, hypertension, fatty liver, metabolic health, nutrition and lifestyle.

6. Identify genuine health concerns and guide the person towards the appropriate next step.

7. Maintain consistent response quality and timely follow-ups.

8. Speak with leads over the phone when a conversation requires more detailed clarification.

9. Understand the person's primary concern and explain the next appropriate step.

10. Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet taken the next step.

11. Maintain accurate notes and lead status.

12. Comfortable communicating with a large number of people through chat.7. Good judgement regarding what can and cannot be advised over DM.8. Ability to follow up consistently and maintain lead conversations.9. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 - 18,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
