Technical Lead, ServiceNow ITAM Transformation, CorpEng (Hyderabad)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM) or Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM).
• 8 years of experience with the ServiceNow ecosystem, designing and implementing the ServiceNow ITAM Professional suite (Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management), including custom application development, server-side and client-side scripting (e.g., JavaScript, GlideAPIs), and platform configuration.
• Experience designing and implementing the ServiceNow CSDM framework to support asset lifecycle data.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub to connect asset data sources.
• Experience in IT Asset Management processes (e.g., Asset Procurement, Lifecycle Tracking, Reclamation, and Compliance) and Enterprise Integration of ServiceNow with SAP.
• Experience with Service Portal development (AngularJS) for creating asset requests and working in an Agile/Scrum development setting.
• Experience in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery and Service Mapping) validation of the CMDB, AI platform capabilities, and integrating AI/ML (e.g., Predictive Intelligence for normalization) into ITAM workflows.
