Video Editing/Making - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan, create, and publish engaging YouTube content for Open VTS, including product tutorials, feature demonstrations, educational videos, Shorts, and industry-focused content.

2. Research topics related to GPS tracking, fleet management, telematics, self-hosted software, and the vehicle-tracking industry.

3. Develop video concepts, scripts, hooks, storyboards, and content structures that make technical topics simple and engaging.

4. Record high-quality screen demonstrations, product walkthroughs, voice-overs, and other video assets required for Open VTS content.

5. Edit videos professionally with strong pacing, transitions, captions, graphics, sound effects, and brand-consistent visual elements.

6. Create compelling YouTube thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and other supporting assets designed to improve click-through rate and audience engagement.

7. Optimize videos for YouTube SEO using relevant keywords, descriptions, chapters, tags, playlists, and internal linking between videos.

8. Monitor YouTube analytics such as views, retention, CTR, watch time, and subscriber growth, and use the insights to continuously improve future content.

Repurpose long-form videos into YouTube Shorts and other short-form content where appropriate.

Candidates with hands-on experience in YouTube content creation and video editing will be preferred.2. Strong understanding of YouTube thumbnails, titles, hooks, audience retention, storytelling, and YouTube SEO.4. Ability to understand technical/software products and explain complex concepts in simple, engaging language.5. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 10,000 /month
