Senior Analyst, Investment Operations (Panchkula)

Role Summary

Support fund accounting, investor operations, and financial reporting activities across private equity, private credit, co-investment vehicles, and fund structures. The role requires ownership of fund accounting processes, investor servicing, capital activity management, financial reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities: -

Fund Accounting & Reporting

• Support end-to-end fund accounting activities across multiple investment structures.
• Prepare and review cash, position, capital activity, and NAV reconciliations.
• Record journal entries, accruals, allocations, and period-end adjustments.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare NAV packages, financial statements, and management reporting deliverables.
• Calculate management fees, carried interest, and investor allocations.
• Support fund performance reporting, including IRR and MOIC calculations.

Investor Operations

• Coordinate capital call and distribution processes.
• Prepare investor notices and capital account statements.
• Maintain investor transaction records and commitment schedules.
• Support investor reporting and communications.
• Manage reporting trackers and investor information requests.

Compliance & Audit Support

• Support audit requests and preparation of supporting schedules.
• Assist with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Review fund expenses, allocations, and reporting controls.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, and compliance teams.

Required Experience

• 4-8 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Private Credit Funds, or Alternative Investments.
• Solid understanding of partnership accounting and fund structures.
• Experience with NAV preparation and investor reporting.
• Knowledge of capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest.
• Strong reconciliation and financial reporting expertise.
• Advanced Excel skills.
