Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our HR team. The role will primarily focus on Recruitment (70%), along with Employee Engagement and HR Operations (30%).

The candidate must have prior HR experience in the Food Industry and should be comfortable handling recruitment as well as basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment – 70%

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.

Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate salary discussions, approvals, offer releases, and joining formalities.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate records.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations – 30%

Coordinate employee induction and onboarding activities.

Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Handle employee exit formalities and separation documentation.

Collect and share monthly payroll inputs with the payroll team.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Support employees with basic HR-related queries.

Assist with other day-to-day HR activities and operations.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR,Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant HR experience in the Food Industry is mandatory.

Candidates from other industries will not be considered.

Good understanding of recruitment and basic HR operations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
