Responsibilities

1) End-to-end student counseling- Conduct profile evaluations and understand student goals, budget, constraints, and timeline.- Guide students through college shortlisting, application strategy, SOP/essay direction, interview prep plan, and final decision-making.2) Lead conversion & closures- Own your funnel from assigned leads → session booking → counseling → application submission → conversion.- Follow a structured follow-up cadence and ensure no lead is left unattended.3) CRM & process discipline- Maintain high CRM hygiene: accurate notes, clear next steps, pipeline movement, and timely updates.- Work within defined SLAs and help improve workflows to reduce drop-offs.4) Student experience & retention- Build trust and confidence—handle doubts, anxiety, and decision fatigue common in MBA aspirants.- Ensure students feel supported throughout the process and stay engaged until completion.5) Collaboration with Customer Success & Growth- Coordinate with the Customer Success team for smooth counselor allocation and journey continuity.- Share insights from student conversations to improve messaging, webinars, and product experience.
