Performance Marketing - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Deep familiarity with campaign structure (Campaign > Ad Set > Ad), selecting proper campaign objectives (Lead Generation, Traffic, WhatsApp Click-to-Chat), and audience targeting (geo-fencing, age brackets, interests, lookalikes).

2. Understanding Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and URL parameters (UTM tracking) to identify which specific creative or campaign generated which inquiry.

3. Top of Funnel: Impressions, Reach, CPM (Cost Per Mille), CTR (Click-Through Rate).

Conversion: CPC (Cost Per Click), CPL (Cost Per Lead), Form Completion Rate.

4. Ability to brief the graphic designer and video editor on high-converting ad angles (e.g., 'Engineer moving to Germany?', 'Free A1 Demo Class', 'Why Duolingo isn't enough to pass Goethe A1')

5.
