Car Mechanic

**Job Title:** Car Mechanic / Technician **Industry:** Automobile – 4-Wheeler **Department:** Service / Workshop ### Job Responsibilities * Diagnose and repair 4-wheeler vehicles as per manufacturer guidelines. * Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and preventive repairs. * Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical and technical issues. * Handle engine, brake, suspension, steering, clutch, transmission, and other mechanical repairs. * Carry out oil changes, filter replacement, wheel alignment-related checks, and general vehicle maintenance. * Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle faults. * Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and within the given timeline. * Conduct quality checks after completing repairs. * Maintain proper workshop safety and cleanliness standards. * Coordinate with Service Advisors and other workshop team members. * Follow company and OEM safety and service procedures. ### Eligibility * ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred. * Experience in a **4-wheeler automobile workshop/dealership** preferred. * Freshers with relevant ITI qualification may also be considered. * Good knowledge of automobile mechanical systems. * Valid driving licence is an added advantage. ### Required Skills * Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. * Knowledge of 4-wheeler servicing and repair. * Ability to diagnose vehicle problems. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
