We are seeking a dynamic and confident HR professional to manage our staffing division. This full-time role serves as a key HR partner responsible for driving policy adherence, ensuring strong compliance practices, and supporting business and operations leaders through effective people management and HR governance.I Responsibilities and Accountabilities:            HR Operations ManagementLead all aspects of end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration and Workday compliancesLead compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.Implement and develop HR processes for efficiency and scalability.Work closely with Dept Heads/leaders, Legal, employment law team in the handling of employee relations issues and successfully conduct investigations, as needed. Employee Relations:Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters. Support and guide managers through sensitive ER cases, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns.Develop a positive, inclusive work environment that supports innovation and agility.Lead employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.Will be part of the team to lead employment branding initiative. Performance & AnalyticsDevelop and lead performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.Apply HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making. Overall Collaborate with all the team members to align HR strategies with organizational goals and support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in HR / Business Administration (mandatory); MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).Skills: Sound knowledge of labor laws and regional HR compliance, strong analytical mindset, skilled in conflict management and problem-solving, and proficiency in HRMS tools (SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.).Behavioral: Self-driven, ability to work independently in a field-heavy role, with strong Business Acumen and Stakeholder Management skills.
