QA Engineer Salesforce & AI Systems

We are looking for a QA Engineer to help us maintain the quality and reliability of our Salesforce environment as well as our AI-powered products, including chatbots and agent AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test cases for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and third-party integrations (ERP SAP.)Evaluate AI chatbots and agent AI systems for accuracy, consistency, and appropriate handling of edge cases and failuresAssess multi-step, multi-tool AI workflows to confirm agents behave as intended across an entire task, not just a single responseConduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across web and API layersIdentify, document, troubleshoot, finding root cause and track defects, working closely with the development team through to resolutionMaintain clear and thorough test documentation for both conventional features and AI-driven functionalitySupport automation testing initiatives where relevant, or help establish them if they do not yet existWork with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into meaningful test coverageRequirements

25 years of professional experience in quality assurance or software testingPractical experience testing Salesforce, including workflows, custom objects, or integrationsExperience testing AI chatbots, conversational AI, or agent AI systemsSolid grounding in QA fundamentals, including test case design and defect lifecycle managementAbility to test systems where outcomes are not always fixed or fully predictableStrong written communication skills, particularly when explaining AI behavior to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently and reliably in a remote settingPreferred Qualifications

Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or CypressFamiliarity with API testing tools such as PostmanExposure to prompt evaluation or LLM output assessment methodsRelevant Salesforce certificationsWork Location: Remote .
