Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through various channels

2. Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers

3. Update and maintain our Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

4. Support with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires

5. Assist with creating job descriptions and posting job openings

6. Research industry trends and best recruitment practices

7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives
