Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance processes, particularly in the banking and BPO sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of calls and communications to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze feedback from various channels, including chat and email, to identify areas for improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on identified issues and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including audit reports and feedback summaries.
• Work closely with team members to provide training and support on quality standards and best practices.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics to management, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in quality assurance, particularly in auditing calls and communications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey feedback and collaborate with team members.
• Familiarity with banking processes and BPO operations is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
