1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring across multiple roles, from sourcing and screening to selection and joining.

2. Source and shortlist relevant candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other recruitment channels.

3. Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, follow-ups, documentation, and joining formalities.

4. Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

5.
