Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on managing accounts, ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations, and performing bank reconciliations. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Utilize Tally software for accounting tasks, including invoicing, ledger management, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing analysis and recommendations based on financial data.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally.
• Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
• Experience in bank reconciliation processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
