Manager Operations Cash Management Bengaluru

The incumbent is responsible to manage end to end processing of all Cash management services for corporate and clearing process.

Ensure the smooth transition of process by providing training and expertise to all stakeholders.

This position must ensure accurate and productive processing of all cash management transactions within defined TAT.

Responsible for proposing and implementing improvements in the workflow of the Unit.

The incumbent is responsible for managing and coordinate with the onshore operations and technology team.

Take immediate decisions on issues that come up given the tight cut-offs from the Central Bank and vendor services.

Staff welfare, work-life balance and training for staff in the unit is the responsibility of this position.

Responsible for managing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identifying and escalating BOT-related issues, and monitoring BOT performance to ensure operational efficiency and stability

Key Result Areas

Emerge as the product expert for all relevant areas reporting to this position.

Ensure that Banks Compliance and Regulatory procedures are followed Ensure adequate training (classroom and on the job) to staff such that all functions are performed with zero errors and within expected TATs

Collaborate closely with onshore Operations, Business, Technology, and Support teams to ensure smooth execution of processes and timely issue resolution.

Act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations and service-related concerns. Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Ensure equal distribution of workload among staff in consultation with unit manager.

Ensure the MIS collected for staff productivity is analyzed and actions taken to increase the level of individual as well as units overall productivity. Also to ensure that necessary job rotation and training is provided for staff development and care .
