Senior HRBP

Key Responsibilities:- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into people strategies and HR initiatives- Drive talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, and career development- Lead employee engagement initiatives, culture-building programs, and organizational development interventions- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on people-related matters including performance, conflict resolution, and team dynamics- Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives aligned with business growth plans- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution- Analyze HR metrics including attrition, engagement scores, and headcount trends to identify actionable insights- Collaborate with talent acquisition, compensation, and L&D teams to align HR programs with business needs- Drive change management initiatives during organizational restructuring, mergers, or major business transitions- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR governance standards within assigned business units
