BPO Executive

We are seeking a dedicated BPO Executive to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer and technical support to our clients in an international call center environment. As a BPO Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Your strong communication skills and proficiency in the English language will be essential in delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing support for customer inquiries and technical issues.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with voice process operations and international call center dynamics is a plus.
