We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP and finance, with a focus on providing support and operational excellence. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to client specifications.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients on the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 and provide effective solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including ERP and finance modules.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and support operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
