Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on reel creation & short video editing on Adobe Premiere Pro doing 2-3 videos a day

Expectation is to edit 4-5 reels per day, which is mostly founder-led content

2. The stipend will increase after 3 months of completion if the average number of reels edited per day is equal to or more than 3 per day
