About the job:We are India's largest birthday party Activity Providers and are growing fast. Headquartered in Chennai, we currently have teams in 8 cities in India. Your role is about understanding the customer's requirements, building trust, and making the booking experience seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, and other channels.

2. Understand the child's age, interests, venue, guest count, and budget, and recommend suitable activities and packages.

3. Build relationships with parents through friendly, consultative conversations.

4. Follow up consistently with prospective customers until closure.

5. Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

6. Coordinate with the Operations team and Product teams to ensure a smooth booking and post-booking process.

7.
