Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP Service Management Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP service management solutions, analyzing complex business requirements, and providing expert guidance for the implementation, customization, and optimization of core service processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with global enterprise clients and drive digital innovation within a growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Configuration & Support: Configure and support SAP Service Management processes, including service orders, service notifications, warranties, and service contracts.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end service lifecycle from initial service request through planning, execution, and final billing.
• Module Customization: Customize and enhance enterprise modules, focusing on SAP CS (Customer Service) and SAP S/4HANA Service Management.
• Cross-Module Integration: Seamlessly integrate Service Management with other foundational SAP modules, including SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Master Data & Mobility: Handle critical service master data (equipment, functional locations, service materials) and support field service workflows, technician scheduling, and mobility solutions (e.g., SAP FSM / Movilizer).
• Technical Collaboration: Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and work closely with ABAP developers on enhancements, reports, forms, and interfaces.
• Issue Resolution & Testing: Monitor and resolve production issues to minimize business disruption, participate in structured testing activities (Unit Testing, UAT), and support go-live and hypercare phases.
• Documentation & Training: Author functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals while providing dedicated user training to business teams.
• SLA Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to client SLAs and continuously identify operational opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience in SAP Service Management (SM) implementations and system optimization.
• Methodology & Frameworks: Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Delivery methodologies, and a solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
• Consulting Capabilities: Proven background in management consulting with the analytical skills required to interpret complex enterprise challenges and advise clients on SAP best practices.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, sharp critical thinking, and elite communication and interpersonal skills for seamless stakeholder collaboration.

Work Timings & Expectations

• Shift Structure: Shift starts from 12:00 PM IST onwards.
• Flexibility: Willingness to support weekend rotations.
• Coverage: Availability for on-call support to ensure continuous client coverage.
