Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end US Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Source and screen candidates for US staffing requirements

Work on US hiring, recruitment & candidate pipelines

Coordinate interviews and drive timely closures

Manage candidate engagement and stakeholder communication

Handle multiple US recruitment requirements independently

Must Have

5-15 years of US Recruitment experience

Strong knowledge of US staffing / recruitment processes

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Strong sourcing and candidate screening expertise

Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment

Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru

Documents Required

Experience / Relieving Letters

Last 3 months Salary Slips

Offer Letters Current & Previous Employers

Form 16 / PF Statement / 26AS / Live Bank Validation Any One

Updated PAN Card with latest photo
