Engineer – Senior LevelSenior: GhatkoparDepartment: Automation / ProgrammingAbout the OpportunityWe are hiring Automation Engineers to work on end-to-end industrial automation projects in pharmaand food processing industries, involving PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems from design tocommissioning.QualificationDegree or Diploma in: Mechanical Engineering Electronics Engineering Instrumentation Engineering Electrical EngineeringRequired Skills & Competencies Hands-on experience in PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming Knowledge of industrial automation in pharma/process industries Basic understanding of electrical & instrumentation wiring Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Experience in programming languages such as .NET, VB/VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL (preferred) Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar tools (added advantage) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team Flexible to travel and work extended hours when requiredKey Responsibilities Program, test, and commission industrial control systems Select appropriate PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems based on customer URS Develop I/O lists as per P&ID and project requirements Design and implement control logic for automation projects Manage project timelines and ensure timely execution Coordinate with project managers on scope changes and updates Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and commissioning activities Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&ID drawings Assist in troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems Ensure smooth project execution through effective coordination
