About the internship:We are looking for a tech-savvy, proactive 'AI & Business Automation Intern' to help us transform how our company operates through artificial intelligence, intelligent workflows, and process automation.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities will include:

A. AI Integration Across Daily Operations:

1. Identify repetitive manual processes and implement AI-powered solutions.

2. Introduce practical AI tools across Operations, Business Development, Finance, and Management.

3. Develop standardised AI workflows, templates and internal assistants.

B. Travel & Event Operations Automation:

1. Automate flight booking trackers, itinerary preparation, ticket data extraction and guest communication.

2. Develop workflows for hotel enquiries, quotation comparisons, rooming lists and booking confirmations.

3. Build AI-assisted event planning, vendor coordination and event execution trackers.

C. Email & WhatsApp Automation:

1. Implement AI-assisted drafting, classification, follow-ups, and email summarisation.

2. Build automated WhatsApp communication workflows for guests, clients, vendors, and internal teams.

3. Integrate communication platforms with CRM and project management systems.

D. CRM & Business Process Automation:

1. Optimise Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books workflows.

2. Automate lead management, reminders, task assignments, approval processes, and reporting.

3. Create dashboards for management visibility and decision-making.

E. AI Tool Research & Implementation:

1. Explore ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Make, n8n, Zapier, Zoho Flow, and other relevant tools.

2. Build practical workflows using APIs, no-code and low-code platforms.

3. Train team members to adopt newly implemented AI processes.

Duration: 3-6 months

Stipend: Based on skills and practical experience
