We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented International Chat/ Email Support Associate to join our team. should possess excellent written communication skills, and be comfortable handling customer queries through chat/ Email in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to customer queries promptly through live chat/ Email.Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.Handle multiple chat / Email conversations simultaneously with efficiency.Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria :

Freshers are EligibleExcellent written English communication skills.Typing speed of 30 WPM or above with good accuracy.Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple applications.Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

Shift Requirements :

Must be flexible to work Night Shifts.Willing to work on Weekends and Rotational Shifts, if required.

Transportation :

Two-way cab facility will be provided for employees residing within the hiring radius, as per company policy.
