Service Now Developer and ServiceNow Business Analyst

Work on a growing dynamic team to implement new ServiceNow features develop custom enhancements to ServiceNow applications create new custom applications and migrate legacy solutions to the latest technologies

Our current programs include a broad rollout of NowAssist and Predictive Intelligence capabilities expansion of Configurable Workspace capabilities and numerous modernization and automation initiatives

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned

Design develop or modify custom and ServiceNow applications scripts widgets and services

Analyse existing and new functionality for implementation enhancement or removal

Participate in entire development lifecycle

Design and develop integrations with third party software

Design and develop portal and mobile friendly web experience components including HTML CSS and front and back end scripting

Perform configuration of the ServiceNow platform including workspaces portals workflows flows reports dashboards AI Search Now Assist and data imports

Collaborates with Business Process Analysts and ServiceNow Architects to transform business requirements into technical requirements and designs

Requirements

Requires a Baccalaureate degree or equivalent

Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with relevant experience

Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification

Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and AJAX along with experience in web application development and ServiceNow platform functionalities

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications

Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow installations such as CSM HR Pro NowAssist or Employee Center Pro

Experience developing and supporting custom Service Portal widgets and pages including complex CSS and user interfaces

Experience with ServiceNow AI Search and NowAssist configuration and optimization

Experience building and supporting custom Configurable Workspaces

Experience with Flow Designer flows

Experience designing and implementing custom REST integrations

Experience configuring OAuth authentication and Single Sign On solutions .
