Talent Acquisition - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source potential candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

2. Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions, skills, experience, and client requirements.

3. Conduct initial candidate screening through phone calls to assess qualifications, relevant experience, notice period, compensation expectations, and interest in job opportunities.

4. Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communication, and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring databases using Google Sheets.

5. Work closely with senior recruiters to understand hiring requirements and sourcing priorities.

6.
