Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern who wants to build practical experience in Human Resources. The intern will get hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Educational Qualification

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in BBA, B.Com, BA, or any other relevant field.

Candidates pursuing or holding an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (HR) are also welcome to apply.

Freshers with basic computer knowledge and an interest in HR are encouraged to apply.
