Handling inbound customer calls and providing timely assistance. Responding to customer queries and providing support via emails and messages. Understanding customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions. Coordinating with the relevant teams when required to resolve customer issues. Training and necessary guidance will be provided after joining. Freshers can also apply; prior experience is not mandatory.
