Telecalling - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Call assigned leads regularly and professionally

Introduce ShopGroww and explain how the product works

Understand the customer's requirements and answer their questions

Explain the benefits and pricing of ShopGroww

Handle basic objections and concerns

Follow up with interested leads

Convert leads into paying customers

Maintain basic records of calls, follow-ups and conversions

Coordinate with the ShopGroww team regarding leads and sales

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 5,001 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 250000 to 350000/year
