Tele Caller (1-7 Years)

We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Vesu, Surat. In this role, you will communicate with customers over the call, providing information and assisting with their inquiries. Your goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and support our sales efforts.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Communication: Engage with potential and existing customers through phone calls to understand their needs and provide accurate information about our services.2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information and updating our database with potential customers to enhance our service opportunities.3. Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring that their questions are answered and that they feel valued.4. Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to previous customers to gather feedback, confirm their satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates Fresher with GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATION AND experience candidates should have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 7 years of experience in telecalling or a related field. A graduate degree is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a friendly and persuasive phone manner. You should also possess good organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and management.
