About the Role

We're looking for a senior, relationship-driven fund raising professional to lead our direct investor acquisition and capital mobilisation efforts. This role calls for the commercial instinct of an experienced fund raiser, the relationship depth of a private banker, and the investment fluency to engage confidently with sophisticated investors on strategy, risk, and returns. You'll work closely with the founding team and play a key role in building our direct investor acquisition engine from the ground up.

Investor Acquisition & Prospecting

Build a curated pipeline of HNI, UHNI, and Family Office prospects through personal networks, referrals, and proactive outreachQualify prospects based on investment appetite, risk profile, and strategic fitManage the full acquisition lifecycle, from first contact through documentation and capital closureMaintain a forecasted pipeline with regular updates on status and expected closuresHNI & UHNI Engagement

Lead one-on-one meetings, presentations, and investor eventsPresent the firm's investment philosophy, credit strategy, and risk frameworkHandle due diligence queries and documentation with a high standard of serviceIdentify reinvestment and referral opportunities within the existing investor baseFamily Office Coverage

Build relationships with Family Office principals and investment committeesUnderstand each office's mandate and decision-making processDeliver investment-committee-grade presentations on portfolio construction and credit riskPosition the firm as a long-term, trusted investment partnerFund Raising & Capital Mobilisation

Postgraduate degree in Finance, MBA, or related field (CFA/CFP a strong plus)810 years in direct fund raising, private banking, wealth management, or alternative investment salesDemonstrated track record raising capital from HNI/UHNI investors, with clear evidence of AUM mobilisedExperience converting Family Offices into committed capitalPrior experience with AIF, PMS, structured credit, private equity, or real estate funds preferredAn active network within Mumbai's HNI/UHNI and Family Office community (reach in Delhi, Ahmedabad, or Pune is a plus)Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsSelf-driven and entrepreneurial, comfortable building a book of business independentlyPay: 1,800,[hidden],800,000.00 per year
