Import Export Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import Export Executive to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations and documentation requirements. This role is crucial in facilitating smooth logistics operations and maintaining effective communication with freight forwarders and customs authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange shipments and track the movement of goods.
• Handle customs clearance processes, working closely with CHA to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
• Maintain records of purchase bill bookings and ensure all data entry is completed accurately.
• Prepare and submit MIS reports to management, providing insights into import/export activities and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in logistics operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation.
• Experience in freight forwarding and customs clearance processes.
• Proficiency in data entry and reporting, with attention to detail.
