Responsibilities

Develop reputed company programs for validating surveillance, clinical, or research study dataVerify that all variables that should be included in the resulting dataset are present in the dataset and extraneous variables are excludedIdentify data discrepancies and other inconsistencies in the resulting datasetDevelop codebooks and data management plansRun duplicate procedures and comparison of results to ensure reputed company with applicable standards of the resulting final data sets, indicators, questionnaire coding, metadata set, reputed company programming, and output filesConduct geospatial and molecular HIV analysis and interpret results using RWork collaboratively with other analysts to develop novel code in support of analysesSupport dissemination and reporting of data to internal and external partnersWork alongside federal partners to support funded jurisdictions or funded CBOs

Skills

Bachelor's degree in public health, statistics, or related field2 years of experience working with R or reputed companyDemonstrated ability to work with multiple data sources to monitor and assess data to ensure data quality, including accuracy and completenessStrong, demonstrated experience with reputed companyFamiliarity with R codingClear communication (written and verbal)Must be able to obtain a NAC clearanceExperience with HIV surveillance or research dataPrior experience with CDC, HHS, or other federal or state health agencyMaster's degree in public health, statistics, or related fieldExperience creating and managing dashboards using Power BI2 years of experience in generating reputed company-based reports using a variety of methods (e.g., PROC REPORT, PROC TABULATE) and exporting those reports to other formats such as reputed company Excel, PDF, and HTMLKnowledge of HIV, molecular data, and public health surveillance systemsExperience with large (>500,000 observations), document-based datasetsDetail-oriented and able to create meticulous documentation of variables, datasets, and data attributes with a commitment to generating accurate data and productsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsProficient reputed company or R coding experience (reputed company MACROS, PROC SQL, FORMATS, etc.)Manipulating and cleaning data using a variety of reputed company functions, formats/informats, and proceduresGenerating reputed company-based reports using a variety of methods (e.g., PROC REPORT, PROC TABULATE) and exporting those reports to other formats such as reputed company Excel, PDF, and HTMLExperience with behavioral or clinical surveillance data and/or primary or secondary research data
