Pre-Sales InternCompany: ThorSignia LLPLocation: 1st Floor, 945, 5th Main Rd, 7th Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102Job Type: InternshipWork Mode: Work From OfficeRole SummaryWe are seeking a proactive, curious, and communication-focused Pre-Sales Intern to join our fast-paced technology team.The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Business Development, Founder's Office, and Technical teams to research potential clients, understand business requirements, assist with lead qualification, and support the preparation of proposals and presentations.The goal is to help identify potential business opportunities and support the sales team in converting qualified leads into meaningful client conversations.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch potential clients, companies, industries, and business opportunities.Assist the sales and business development teams with prospect research and lead qualification.Participate in client calls and meetings where required.Understand client requirements and document business challenges clearly.Research suitable AI, software, automation, and technology solutions based on client requirements.Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, solution documents, and requirement summaries.Coordinate with technical teams to understand proposed solutions and capabilities.Support follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain accurate records of interactions.Assist in preparing client presentations, case studies, and sales materials.Maintain and update lead and prospect information using CRM and other sales tools.Assist with email, LinkedIn, and other outbound sales activities when required.Support the team in identifying potential opportunities for AI, software development, automation, SaaS, and other technology solutions.Job Specification (JS)Education QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Students with strong communication, research, and technology skills are encouraged to apply.ExperienceFreshers are welcome to apply.Previous internship or experience in sales, business development, pre-sales, customer-facing roles, technology, or research is an added advantage.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong research and information-gathering skills.Good presentation and documentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Curious and willing to learn about AI, software, and emerging technologies.Basic understanding of business and technology concepts.Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.Comfortable using online research tools, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and presentations.Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proactive, confident, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.Technology ExposureKnowledge or interest in any of the following is an advantage:Artificial Intelligence & Generative AISoftware DevelopmentSaaSBusiness AutomationWeb & Mobile ApplicationsAI InfrastructureData & Document IntelligenceCloud TechnologiesDeep technical knowledge is not required.
